4: What is God and did you meet him/her?

God is very tricky to define because all words rely on the speaker and the listener having a matching definition, and ‘God’ definitely means something different to most of us. So when I say ‘God’ it already means something different to each of you. I thought about using a different word, something that means nothing yet, but I don’t want to ‘create’ a cast of characters. Instead, I will try to modify some of your definitions. That said, God is not something separate from a single thing in the multiverse. God is within everything. God exists before, during, and after all time. Please take care that when you say, ‘God’ out-loud or to yourself, that God is not separate from you!! The mind is very powerful and when we say ‘God’ as if ‘it’ is something outside of us, we actually separate from God. I’m not sure how much I will actually say, ‘God’ in this text since I don’t really know my audience. You should know that I believe God is in everything we do and are.

During my experience, my connection with God was merely more apparent or focused. There were less things between ‘me’ and ‘God’ so it was like God was there in the strongest sense. I felt communication taking place, I was ‘told’ to be calm. I felt I was being ‘shown’ things, and never felt alone. It is interesting that for communication to take place there must be some separation. That separation is ego. So, God was no more with me then, then now or with anyone!
